Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Can’t speak highly enough about Justin and the team at LJ Refrigeration. After a power failure we discovered our Fujitsu R/C ducted air conditioner wasn’t working. I called the manufacturer who recommended LJ Refrigeration as their local service agent. Justin answered my call within the first few rings and quickly and easily booked a service call for us just 2 days later at 8am, this was confirmed with a email confirming the booking and advising the techs name, date and time and the basic service charge consult fee for the service call . The tech arrived at 8.03am and during this time it was discovered the failed part required was no longer available through the manufacturer. Justin suggested that we should speak with our Home Insurance provider given the unit failed as a result of fusion during the power failure which we did. Justin assisted this process by timely supplying an electronic copy of the service report along for a quote for a replacement unit like for like. Within a week and several phone calls to our insurance company we had the approval to replace the unit. I notified Justin with the update and within a couple of days he and his team were back with the new unit for installation and to decommission and remove the existing one. The entire install was completed in just 6 hours and no mess or packaging left to clean up. The team of 3 installers were extremely efficient, professional and respectful during the installation process, we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience given we were experiencing an extremely wet and and cold June.
Overall Justin and his team exceeded all expectations of what we consider fast, efficient and professional old fashioned service, they communicated well
throughout the process and delivered everything on time when they said they would.
If you find yourself in need of a refrigeration service provider in the north of Adelaide, do yourself a a favour a look no further.
